This email is official notice of the club's annual general meeting and a call for nominations for next year's Board of Directors.

The AGM will be held on Wednesday, November 23rd at 7:30pm - doors and bar open at 7pm. This email is also notice that a special resolution will be proposed (having to do with rejigging the various club officers). You can also expect a motion related to an update to our fees.
Further details well be sent out in advance of the meeting.

The nominating committee is also seeking nominations for the Board of Directors for next year. Perhaps you are not interested in joining the board, but would like to contribute in some other ongoing way (there are lots of jobs needing to be done!) - let us know and we'll pass on your name to next year's board.
