Marina slips are available for lease to members (new members welcome!) - if you are interested, contact Suther Yuill, Vice-Commodore (Waterfront). Visiting boats interested in short term rentals should contact the club.

The slips have water & power supplied to localized pedestals, accompanied by lighting.

Seasonal Leases

Seasonal and monthly rentals are restricted to members only.

Slips are leased in two ways - with a $2500 refundable reservation fee and without a reservation fee. In general, annual rental fee is higher without a reservation and you don't have any retention rights for a specific slip (you could be moved around from year to year OR lose your slip if another member comes along and is willing to pay the retention fee and you aren't). If you pay the reservation fee, your annual lease payments are less and you retain rights to a specific slip. See the lease agreements for details:

Background Info

In order to support the 2009 Nautel Laser World Championships, our club upgraded our waterfront infrastructure to meet the event requirements.

This drawing and the aereal photo above shows the final product which included:

1. improvements to main wharf including power and water
2. improvements to driveways and new parking near the shoreline
3. a concrete boat launch
4. a 10’ x 50’ marina pier
5. a 14’ x 180’ Breakwater/Wharf
6. a 19 slip marina with water and power (also includes lots of space for tenders)

Items shown as dashed lines in the drawing were not built in 2009 (including the floating breakwater).
