Parents are as important as their children in SMSC’s Learn to Sail Program. As a parent, you want your child to have a great learning experience this summer. You also want him/her to have fun, practice responsibility, learn technique and safety skills and develop an abiding enthusiasm for sailing.
The learn to sail students need parental support just as much as they need the instruction and experience they will have in this program. While our trained instructors teach the theory and practice of sailing, they need the involvement of parents to support their efforts.
