In consideration that the St. Margaret Sailing Club (SMSC), as a convenience to its members, provides various services related to my privately-owned yacht mooring identified by the number below on the SMSC mooring grid. These “services” may include but are not limited to winterizing (remove surface hardware and lower to seafloor), inspections and repair recommendations, repairs, and put into service (raise mooring from seafloor and re-attach surface hardware).

1. I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the SMSC, its directors, employees, contractors, and their representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to the death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property, however caused, arising out of or in connection with the any services performed by or authorized by SMSC on my behalf notwithstanding that these services may have been contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies, or any of them, or their agents, officials, servants or representatives.
2. I further understand and agree that this Release is binding on myself, my heirs, executors and assigns.
3. I understand that SMSC does not warrant the safety or suitability of my mooring and that I understand that the use of my mooring is at my own risk.
4. I agree that services shall be authorized by me either in writing or by email.
5. I understand that repairs may be made by SMSC without prior authorization as is the nature of mooring repairs where the full extent of the mooring system may not be known until the mooring is raised from the seafloor.
6. I understand that SMSC may choose to not put into service a mooring where recommended repairs were not authorized.
